The Challenge
Bethesda had worked with two previous marketing companies but did not see a return on their investment. They were trying to handle some of the marketing strategies on their own, such as reviews, and were not having much success getting new reviews posted.
They also wanted to up the quality of the leads calling into their office, as well as through their website. They were generating a lot of spam and low quality leads.
