I spent half of my childhood growing up in Nashville and the second half in Chicago. Right out of high school, I joined the Army where I learned a lot about growth. I got out of the Army in 1997 and started my own company that became AGI Marketing. We began as a graphics and vehicle wrap company, but as I saw the world start to shift to digital and the need to be online, we transformed into a digital agency.
We have grown considerably since that shift. I am obsessed with growth – for my staff, family, the company, and myself, and we love being able to help businesses grow. Outside of the office, I have five children, three grandchildren, and a wonderful wife. I am very involved in my Christian church and enjoy traveling!

After growing up in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY (Garbage Plate region) and being an artsy athlete at school, I went to college for Graphic Design and to play lacrosse. After graduating from RIT I’ve moved everywhere – Oklahoma, Texas, Cali, Nevada, and back home to New York. I’ve always loved exploring new places, but the Finger Lakes is where I want to settle down – there is truly no place like it.
Working in digital marketing gives you that new place mindset – it’s always changing, and I’ve loved this job because of that. I love celebrating the wins with employees and client success.

Born and raised in Senegal, West Africa, my love for diverse cultures and adventure led me to the U.S. 16 years ago. From kickstarting my college journey at Harrisburg Community College in Pennsylvania to earning my Bachelor’s in Communication Studies with a minor in Public Relations and a Master’s in Marketing Intelligence at Towson University in Maryland, it’s been a fun ride!
Now, picture this: an avid chatterbox with an outgoing personality – that’s me! AGI turned out to be the perfect match, where I blend my creativity with strategic expertise, crafting campaigns that contribute to the success of diverse industries. Julian
Born and raised in El Paso, TX, this city is and will always be my home. I’m proud of our Mexican heritage and culture which translates into our food, music, and most importantly, family traditions. I love taking road trips with my wife to different destinations to try out new places and restaurants. I also like spending time with family and friends, especially hosting baking parties and game nights.
I’ve always wanted to know more about the digital world and AGI has allowed me to learn more about the ins and outs of digital marketing. What I love about AGI is that we are always adapting to improve the company which translates to understanding our clients better to help their businesses grow and succeed.

I grew up in El Paso, TX where you will find the best flautas and red enchiladas. I moved to Austin, TX and my husband and I are pastoring a wonderful church where we strive to help others grow closer to Jesus Christ. Being able to work from home, I love that I get to spend my time with my two girls. I love to make yummy food for my family and we all love spending time outdoors.
Here at AGI, I’ve enjoyed working with my co-workers to ensure quality work is produced! I enjoy staff meetings and individual team meetings throughout the week and I love hearing from each member of our team about new ideas or thoughts. Everyone is willing to help one another and there is such a positive team dynamic!

Tossing around a football, jet ski, and boat riding, and excelling in Call of Duty and Halo are a few of my “hidden talents”. Though my daredevil nature has caused me to haunt many doctors’ offices over the years, it hasn’t slowed me down. My husband and I recently welcomed our beautiful baby girl into this world. We enjoy traveling, DIY projects, watching football, and participating in our church theater group.
AGI has been an amazing place to grow over the years. After working in several areas of digital marketing, I’m proud to be able to help businesses decide which route is best for their circumstances, and see their businesses flourish and profit margins increase!

Hi there! I am Allison, and I am the Sr. Marketing Manager here at AGI! A little bit about me…
While I was born and raised just outside Los Angeles, I have lived in beautiful Bend, Oregon, for the last 20 years. I absolutely love the outdoors, so Central Oregon, with all its beautiful lakes, rivers, and trails, is the perfect place for me! I have two wonderful children who are my world. But now that they have “left the nest,” I happily spend most of my time with my border heeler, Athena. When not at work, you can find me somewhere outside – probably running on a trail!
My digital marketing journey began when I became a content writer years ago. While I specialized in legal content, I have written for nearly every industry. During my time as a writer, I became very interested in SEO and how to incorporate its best practices. Fast forward several years, and now I have the rewarding opportunity to help our wonderful clients grow their businesses by implementing effective digital marketing strategies. Watching our efforts contribute to our client’s success and seeing the significant difference we make is why I love working at AGI!

El Paso has been home to me all my life, filled with sunny days and beautiful mountain sunsets. Although I call Texas home, Tennessee holds a special place in my heart. Summer’s visiting my grandparents up there consists of bonfires, boat rides, and swimming in the lake all day. Aside from traveling and work, I enjoy canvas painting, anything nature, drinking matcha lattes, and playing the piano occasionally.
I joined AGI In 2019 and worked for three years in the reputation management department. I’m now working in the sales department, and love the challenge it brings me and the opportunity to connect with people.

Jennifer
Moving back to the Franklin Mountains, which I lovingly call Home, brought me back together with my soulmate whom I met when we were teens. For the past ten years, we’ve built a family of five that’s always pranking one another and spending time together. In my free time, I enjoy going on hikes! Reaching the end of a trail brings me such peace and calmness, in the same way as spending time on the beach!
For almost eight years I’ve been loyal to AGI, happily excelling in my career and having the privilege of wearing different hats over the years. Working remotely encourages me to be independent in my work while also being available to provide attentiveness to our team. When I look back at where I started my adult life, studying baking at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, TX, and then fast-forwarding to now, I never thought I’d feel so comfortable with the career I have in digital marketing.

I was born and raised in El Paso. I grew up playing the drums and playing basketball, but ultimately pursued my creativity and studied digital media production at UTEP. During this time I was involved in many video production projects, journalism, and web development. After graduating I was swayed towards AGI to be a web developer because it was fairly new for me at the time, and I also wanted to be involved in business marketing. I love being a part of big projects and seeing our work translate to client success.

I’ve been designing at AGI since 2016 and I am very happy to form part of the amazing team! I love the satisfaction of bringing our clients’ expectations to life in each design project I complete and present. Creativity has always been a big part of my life and still influences everything I do. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from The University of Texas at El Paso.
Outside the office, I love spending time with my daughter, singing and dancing to all her favorite songs. I also like to run and reflect on my thoughts while listening to music, and I enjoy taking pictures and editing the photos to perfection.

Growing up in the border cities of El Paso and Ciudad Juarez – was pretty special. Not everyone gets to experience this, thankfully I did.
I went to college to pursue my BFA in Graphic Design and Painting, at the University of Texas at El Paso. My career started as a college student, designing for the marketing department at UTEP. This was then followed by an exciting job as a lead graphic designer, where I was able to design for music festivals around the country and served various companies in El Paso, TX with marketing activations. Being a Graphic Designer in Marketing has been part of my life for the last 7 years, and it has never ceased to amaze me how it is to work in this fascinating, evolving industry. I love my job because I get to create something new every day and help businesses thrive along the way.
Hiking with my Golden Retriever, working remotely, speaking two languages every day, documenting everything and painting are some of the things that continue to make my life “pretty special” here in the border city.

I definitely call Texas my home and have lived in just two locations, El Paso, and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. After growing up in El Paso, I moved to Fort Worth and obtained my bachelor’s degree in all-level music education at Texas Christian University. After moving back to El Paso, I taught in the public schools for many years, and later worked in the real estate industry, until I was hired here at AGI in 2014, and have been here ever since.
I love the work I do here, helping our clients look their best in the online reviews arena. It is very satisfying to watch a business’ star rating rise, as its customers leave great reviews for them! And as a bonus, the people I work with here are wonderful and super-positive. Really great folks!

I grew up in Bend, Oregon, for most of my life, which led me to college at Oregon State University. I graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing. After graduating, I moved to West Hollywood, California, where I live and plan to stay for a while! I am an avid animal advocate and spend my weekends volunteering with animals in need, which is where I found my pup, Tito. Aside from my work with animals, I love to practice yoga, travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with friends and family.
There are many things I love about working at AGI, but the biggest thing for me is the supportive, welcoming environment within the company. Born in the big city of Los Angeles California, I never would’ve thought that life had something special in store for me. My parents decided to raise my sister and me in the much smaller city of El Paso, Texas. I strongly believe that my work ethic, discipline, and enlightened family values began here. Years later, I received my bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing.
Now, it was time to give back to the community. I wanted to help our economy grow not just at the local level but at a bigger scale. Digital marketing was the solution. My heart is to help businesses increase sales and grow job opportunities in their hometowns. There is no better feeling of accomplishment than to help others to meet their goals.

When asked about where I consider home, I have to take a moment to think about it. I was born in North Carolina and later moved near Richmond, Virginia. My usual response involves a light-hearted remark about determining home, based on where I can find the best sweet tea. However, I believe home is not a specific place; it’s where my family resides, regardless of the state. I pursued my college education at Virginia Tech, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Marketing Management. My passion for learning led me to pair my degree with a double concentration in Digital Marketing and Professional Sales.
What drew me to AGI was the company culture that places a strong emphasis on growth, teamwork, and fostering new ideas. My favorite part of working here is having the opportunity to help companies grow. I enjoy taking the time to listen to their challenges and brainstorming strategies to help them achieve their goals.
