Bethesda Physiocare has been a valued client since early 2020. They initially partnered with us for search engine optimization (SEO), review management, and social media marketing. Over the course of the partnership, Bethesda Physiocare has also redesigned their website and expanded their digital marketing efforts to include Google Ads.

Bethesda Physiocare is a physical therapy clinic in Maryland. They are specialized in a variety of techniques and always put their patients first. They not only help patients who are new to pain management and physical therapy, but also individuals who have dealt with pain issues for years.

The Initial Challenge

Prior to working with us, Bethesda Physiocare had partnered with two different marketing agencies but did not see a meaningful return on investment. While they attempted to manage certain marketing initiatives internally, such as generating online reviews, those efforts yielded limited results.

Additionally, the clinic wanted to improve the quality of incoming leads from both phone calls and website submissions. They were experiencing a high volume of spam and low-quality leads that were not converting into patients.

The Strategy

A comprehensive local SEO and review management strategy was identified as the top priority and implemented first. Ensuring that the website’s content and business information clearly reflected their target audience was essential. Alongside this, a social media strategy was developed to increase engagement, highlight clinic services, and showcase the personality and culture of the practice.

Once the local SEO efforts were performing consistently, Bethesda Physiocare invested in a new website to further enhance their online presence. The redesigned site improved user experience, strengthened brand credibility, and provided more valuable information to prospective patients. The new website launched in early 2024.

To further expand lead generation, a Google Ads campaign was launched with a focus on physical therapy and chronic pain services. This campaign has continued to generate high-quality leads and support clinic growth.

Ongoing Success

Bethesda Physiocare’s digital marketing strategy has proven highly effective and continues to evolve as new opportunities arise. They are open to innovative ideas and proactive in testing new strategies to identify what works best for their practice. After growing up in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY (Garbage Plate region) and being an artsy athlete at school, I went to college for Graphic Design and to play lacrosse. After graduating from RIT I’ve moved everywhere – Oklahoma, Texas, Cali, Nevada, and back home to New York. I’ve always loved exploring new places, but the Finger Lakes is where I want to settle down – there is truly no place like it. 

Working in digital marketing gives you that new place mindset – it’s always changing, and I’ve loved this job because of that. I love celebrating the wins with employees and client success.

I spent half of my childhood growing up in Nashville and the second half in Chicago. Right out of high school, I joined the Army where I learned a lot about growth. I got out of the Army in 1997 and started my own company that became AGI Marketing. We began as a graphics and vehicle wrap company, but as I saw the world start to shift to digital and the need to be online, we transformed into a digital agency. 

We have grown considerably since that shift. I am obsessed with growth – for my staff, family, the company, and myself, and we love being able to help businesses grow. Outside of the office, I have five children, three grandchildren, and a wonderful wife. I am very involved in my Christian church and enjoy traveling!
