Southwest Chiropractic has been an El Paso business since 1996. Their goal is to offer gentle chiropractic care of the highest quality to the El Paso community. Dr. Fred Aguayo, DC, their chiropractor, is fully devoted to providing the highest level of patient care. They have two locations in the area and offer a variety of treatments to help their patients find the core issues causing their pain, and get into practice what their treatment plan should be.

The Challenge

Before signing on with us, Southwest Chiropractic had never really paid much attention to their marketing strategy as a whole, and as the digital landscape kept changing and updating, they realized they needed someone to help them stay on top of it. They also noticed they needed help generating more online reviews, making themselves more findable online, and also they really wanted to focus on bringing in more patients to their clinic overall.

The Strategy


We started by learning as much about their clinic, target market and goals as we could. We wrote up new content, started cleaning up their online directories, and optimized their Google maps listing.


In addition to their on site SEO, we wanted them to hit the Google maps pack and rank there as well. With reviews being one of their goals, we implemented a Google review service to help them get more reviews on their profile, and become a trustworthy leader in the chiropractic industry in El Paso, and also help their Google Maps Rankings.

Pay Per Click

Their PPC campaign was built and tracked and has great conversion rates. It generates phone calls and form submissions for their business weekly.

Social Media

We also implemented a social media strategy that includes regular postings and engagement with their patients to help Southwest Chiropractic focus on the relationship they have with every patient that reaches out online.

Web Development

After Southwest Chiropractic had been working with AGI for about three years, we decided together that a new website would greatly help to increase the amount of website traffic that turned into patients. We build them a conversion focused, Google friendly site that really honed in on who they are as a company. After launching their website, they have seen a huge increase in their online lead count and they now provide a better experience for their users.

Born and raised in Senegal, West Africa, my love for diverse cultures and adventure led me to the U.S. 16 years ago. From kickstarting my college journey at Harrisburg Community College in Pennsylvania to earning my Bachelor’s in Communication Studies with a minor in Public Relations and a Master’s in Marketing Intelligence at Towson University in Maryland, it’s been a fun ride!

Now, picture this: an avid chatterbox with an outgoing personality – that’s me! After growing up in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY (Garbage Plate region) and being an artsy athlete at school, I went to college for Graphic Design and to play lacrosse. After graduating from RIT I’ve moved everywhere – Oklahoma, Texas, Cali, Nevada, and back home to New York. I’ve always loved exploring new places, but the Finger Lakes is where I want to settle down – there is truly no place like it. 

Working in digital marketing gives you that new place mindset – it’s always changing, and I’ve loved this job because of that. I love celebrating the wins with employees and client success.

I spent half of my childhood growing up in Nashville and the second half in Chicago. Right out of high school, I joined the Army where I learned a lot about growth. I got out of the Army in 1997 and started my own company that became AGI Marketing. We began as a graphics and vehicle wrap company, but as I saw the world start to shift to digital and the need to be online, we transformed into a digital agency. 

We have grown considerably since that shift. I am obsessed with growth – for my staff, family, the company, and myself, and we love being able to help businesses grow. Outside of the office, I have five children, three grandchildren, and a wonderful wife. I am very involved in my Christian church and enjoy traveling!
