Wrap Genius is a vehicle wrapping company located in Georgetown, TX, serving businesses throughout the Austin area. They specialize in commercial fleet wraps that help companies turn their vehicles into powerful, moving advertisements. From single vans to full fleets, they design, print, and install high-quality wraps that showcase brands with precision and professionalism. Their mission is simple – to help businesses stand out, attract attention, and leave a lasting impression everywhere wrapped vehicles go.

The Challenge

Wrap Genius was purchased and rebranded in 2021. At first, they were interested in generating leads and were open to targeting both the general public and commercial businesses who were looking for vehicle wraps. They also wanted to improve their rankings on Google in their location and throughout the entire Austin area.

It’s a niche but highly competitive industry, especially near a large city like Austin.

The Strategy

Eventually they changed their focus to commercial clients only, as that brought in bigger deals. As they honed in the lead strategy, they found that commercial clients offer way more in terms of lifetime value and repeat business. With the right strategy, they are now able to specifically target the clients that they specialize in serving in a much more targeted way.

Rebrand - 2021

All of their digital marketing materials were updated with new name, logo, business information and content.

SEO

In addition to new optimized main pages on their website, location pages were written for all of the areas they serve, which has helped to increase their visibility and organic traffic.

Facebook and PPC Campaigns

Both types of lead gen campaigns were running to find out which one performed better, and brought in a higher quality lead at a lower cost. A commercial focused landing page with an impressive offer and a lot of social proof was built to help funnel and qualify the leads even further. Facebook ads out performed Google, so Google was paused and Facebook was given a higher monthly budget. That campaign has continued to being in high quality leads.

After growing up in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY (Garbage Plate region) and being an artsy athlete at school, I went to college for Graphic Design and to play lacrosse. After graduating from RIT I’ve moved everywhere – Oklahoma, Texas, Cali, Nevada, and back home to New York. I’ve always loved exploring new places, but the Finger Lakes is where I want to settle down – there is truly no place like it. 

Working in digital marketing gives you that new place mindset – it’s always changing, and I’ve loved this job because of that. I love celebrating the wins with employees and client success.

I spent half of my childhood growing up in Nashville and the second half in Chicago. Right out of high school, I joined the Army where I learned a lot about growth. I got out of the Army in 1997 and started my own company that became AGI Marketing. We began as a graphics and vehicle wrap company, but as I saw the world start to shift to digital and the need to be online, we transformed into a digital agency. 

We have grown considerably since that shift. I am obsessed with growth – for my staff, family, the company, and myself, and we love being able to help businesses grow. Outside of the office, I have five children, three grandchildren, and a wonderful wife. I am very involved in my Christian church and enjoy traveling!
